a late shout to cindy

a month back julie's sister headed over from montreal to catch up with family and rolled up her experienced sleeves to give us a hand at the cafe (and yes, my abysmal record of not writing about it until months later is laid bare for all to tut at!).

cindy was definitely a dab hand in the kitchen and a few lessons on coffee had her slicing up the foam with a cocktail stick to produce almost a cake-like top! next time she will be knocking out pretty rosettas without even trying...
